GPS Receiver

Alright, I have explored all of my options here. I have read millions of online forums and everything. On my old laptop I am able to acquire a gps signal right away in the GPSinfo program provided by MCS. However, when I exit the program I cannot get GRLevel3 to start the GPS unit. I talked to sean and we deemed that maybe the signal strength wasn;t strong enough. I tested this and it does not matter. Sam do you have any ideas? Also, have you used up all of your licenses to delorme?

Unfortunately I don't know much about the GPS recievers and what drivers, etc.. are needed. With my delorme GPS, Delorme software recognizes it and I haven't really tried using it anywhere else. You might try looking at Stormtrack for some past threads with similar topics. I know people use this when running GPS with Delorme, Wxworx, GRlevelX ... http://franson.com/gpsgate/
